Zach Kammeyer – Mike Aschenbrenner – Shane Weller
When it comes to the shop being organized and run efficiently, Zach and Shane have impressively nailed it! When Mike comes in from several days on the road delivering his own loads, the two guys can simply go down the list of which drivers are coming in, and what needs to be done at the shop, and factory. They do this while also letting Mike know when his own truck is scheduled to be washed and serviced. They allow for a new level of calmness, one that any owner could hope for on how his business is being run.
The shop is always clean, the tools are where they need to be, and the schedule is tailored to perfection! The comradery between the guys is as unpredictable as it is fun! They get the work done while enjoying each other’s company. While Shane is the shop manager and Zach is the assistant manager, they each have separate skills, talents and experience. They use their high level of teamwork to make it work! We are thrilled with how well these guys have improved the levels of company success and the overall shop performance! Thank you Zach and Shane!
