The goal has been to teach the younger generations how the business is operated, as well as learn Mike’s expectations and standards he uses that built the business into the level of success it is today. In today’s business world “being open-minded” to new ideas can be a challenge, however, with family team work, we manage to stay ahead of the rapidly changing transportation needs and requirements. Maintaining quality drivers and a positive work environment for everyone is definitely key to this small town family operation.
