To qualify with Aschenbrenner Trucking, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Preferred 2 years Over the Road experience
- Must provide valid CDL in state of residence
- No more than two moving violations in the past 12 months; No more than four in the past 3 years
- No DWI violations in the past 3 years
- No serious moving violations (Excessive speed 15 mph or more; reckless driving; violations as a result of a fatal accident; Improper or erratic lane change; Following too close; Operating a CMV without a CDL or possession of a CDL or without proper class of endorsement; Texting in violation of state or local law; The use of hand-held mobile telephone while driving) in the past 3 years
- No preventable, DOT-recordable (Accident involving vehicle being towed from scene; Any injury requiring transport from scene; or a fatality)
- No drug or alcohol violations in the past 3 years (per 49 CFR part 40)
- Has an acceptable history of roadside inspections over the past 3 years, citations/warnings over the past 3 years, and crashes over the past 5 years (per FMCSA’s driver’s pre-employment screening program)
- Must have a stable job history over the past 10 years
- Must maintain a neat, clean cut image of a professional truck driver
- Must express and conduct self in a positive, professional manner
- Upon review, selected applicants may be considered on a probationary basis at the company’s discretion
- Must meet or exceed all requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
